             1. YOFC Special Passive Optical Fiber Products


          After years of technology accumulation, platform construction and product development, YOFC Optical Fiber & Cable Co., Ltd.              Generally, fiber lasers have good beam quality, and the beam quality M2 is generally less than 1.5. At the same time, high-power laser transmission also requires the fiber to have a large mode field area, which requires the laser propagation mode in the fiber. Therefore, the key waveguide parameters such as the core diameter and numerical aperture of passively matched optical fibers need to be controlled very accurately, so as to achieve precise control of the fiber mode. One of the main advantages of the PCVD process is that it enables accurate control of fiber waveguide parameters. On this basis, YOFC effectively achieved the excellent geometric index and batch consistency of optical fiber through the big stick process route. In order to effectively improve the utilization rate of pump light, the passive matching optical fiber developed and produced by YOFC has an excellent double-clad structure, and a special low-refractive index coating has achieved a numerical aperture (NA) of up to 0.46 or more. Under harsh environment, it still has good mechanical and environmental reliability. The main product models of this series are shown in Table 1.


             Second, YOFC special passive optical fiber product parameters


             YOFC's passive matched optical fibers have good geometric indicators. For example, the core-concentricity of 130 series fibers is less than 0.7μm, the core-concentricity of 250 and 400 series fibers is less than 2μm, and the cladding out-of-roundness is less than 0.5%. Good geometric parameters can effectively guarantee the splicing quality of the optical fiber and the production efficiency of the device.

          The passive matching optical fiber of YOFC has the following advantages: First, it is compatible with the active optical fiber of YOFC and has low fusion loss (the fusion loss of 10/130 series passive matching fiber and corresponding type of active fiber is less than 0.15dB@1310nm); 2. The quality M2 of the outgoing laser beam can reach 1.1; 3. It has good mechanical properties, the dynamic fatigue parameter (nd) reaches 25 or more, and the breaking force reaches 5GPa or more; 4. Mastering the core optical fiber design technology, optical fiber preform preparation technology, special coating technology, optical fiber drawing technology and optical fiber testing technology is to achieve high reliability.             3) Excellent laser processing effect
